With a proven-track record of practical, human-centric solutions, Pastor Hart is a proud farm wife, mother and business professional with over 25 years of deep experience in health care delivery disruption.

As a 4th generation Mayo Clinic employee with 25 years of service, she’s spearheaded collaboration across competitive organizations for several grants, two of which were the largest Health and Human Services Health Technology grants to be obtained in Mayo’s history, simultaneously ($30 million) resulting in advances in community care delivery, population health improvements and health informatics. In the last few years, she has transformed Mayo Clinic’s Experience Relationship Management strategy combining human-centric design with systems engineering and digital transformation.

She is the Co-Founder and emeritus COO for the HB Healthcare Safety® (HBHS) a Social Benefit Corporation actively pursuing an end to all pain and suffering caused by failures in care delivery with human-centric and engineering principals founded through Mayo Clinic Ventures; spending the last five years in over 150+ hospitals, internationally crafting new ‘experiences.

It is her research and recent HBHS work that has drawn her to helping humans who help humans, particularly those who suffer compassion fatigue as President and CEO of the Non-profit H2 Foundation bringing mind, body and spiritual resources to those in need.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration and Minister Ordination; recently awarded Doctor of Divinity, honoris causa, from American Fellowship Church and holds Certifications as Project Management Professional, Compassion Fatigue Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Art Therapy Practitioner and Christian Life Coach.
