We are asking you to take part in a research study being done by Christopher Peabody, MD at the University of California, San Francisco. The Survey is a needs assessment for the Med Tac Global education programs for preparing families response to COVID-19. Being in this study is optional.

If you choose to be in the study, you will complete a survey. This survey will help us learn more about the needs of Essential Critical Workforce families.  As an emergency department clinician, your perspective is key to creating great educational content for the general public.  The survey will take about 2 minutes to complete.

You can skip questions that you do not want to answer or stop the survey at any time. The survey is anonymous, and no one will be able to link your answers back to you. Please do not include your name or other information that could be used to identify you in the survey responses.
